Job Overview

Al Ameeri Group is looking for experienced professionals to join their team as an Operations Manager and a Deputy Operations Manager. These leadership roles demand strong operational insight, excellent communication skills, and proven abilities in managing teams to ensure smooth business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Both positions involve overseeing daily operations, implementing efficient business processes, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will lead the overall department, while the Deputy Operations Manager will assist in supervising and supporting daily operational activities and ensuring team cohesion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Operations Manager: Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management.
• Deputy Operations Manager: 3 to 5 years relevant operations experience.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both English and Arabic.
• Good understanding of operational procedures and key performance indicators.
• Valid transferable residency under Article 18 in Kuwait.
