Job Overview

SWiSH Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Business Projects to oversee key strategic initiatives and drive business improvement efforts from the planning phase through successful execution. This role is based in the Ardiya Stores Zone, Kuwait, and is ideal for a professional with a solid background in project management, business transformation, or PMO leadership.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating various business projects to ensure alignment with company goals and deliver measurable results. This includes managing project timelines, facilitating collaboration across departments, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all initiatives meet quality and performance standards. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and spearheading continuous improvement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in Project Management, PMO, or Business Transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Certification in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and strategic planning.
