Time Juice Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to join the team at Frog Abu Al-Abd in Kuwait. This role requires a minimum of five years in the restaurant industry, with at least three years specifically in an area management position. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of supervising multiple locations and driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities

The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing various restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and boosting profitability. This role involves leading teams, managing budgets, implementing marketing initiatives, and driving consistent performance improvements across locations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience within the restaurant sector.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and operational metrics to make strategic decisions.
