Job Overview

Woodex General Trading in Kuwait is seeking a skilled Fitout Projects Manager to oversee high-end joinery and interior fitout projects. This on-site role requires managing site teams and subcontractors while ensuring seamless project execution from budget control to final delivery. The manager will work closely with premium clients and architects to maintain superior quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors responsible for luxury fitout and joinery installations
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and cost targets
• Coordinate effectively with clients and architects to align project goals and specifications
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to design standards throughout project delivery

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5+ years of experience managing fitout projects within the GCC region
• Demonstrated success in delivering upscale commercial or residential fitout projects
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing diverse site teams
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and design professionals
