Job: Secretary @ Kuwait
A well-reputed engineering contracting company in Kuwait is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to support daily administrative operations.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings
​Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents
​Coordinate internal and external communications
​Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
​Assist management with administrative tasks and follow-ups
​Handle phone calls and emails professionally
​Requirements:
​Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
​Proven experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant (Minimum 5 Years)
​Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
​Excellent communication and organizational skills
​Ability to multitask and work under pressure
​Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
​Preferred:
​Experience in an engineering or contracting company
​Familiarity with office management systems
