Description
Job: Secretary @ Kuwait
A well-reputed engineering contracting company in Kuwait is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to support daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents
Coordinate internal and external communications
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
Assist management with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Handle phone calls and emails professionally
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
Proven experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant (Minimum 5 Years)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred:
Experience in an engineering or contracting company
Familiarity with office management systems
