Personnel Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage personnel, payroll, admin, and daily HR operations
Ensure all employee files and records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained
Oversee preparation of employment contracts, renewals, and official documents
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee data management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
Review and approve HR transactions and documentation
Support payroll processes by ensuring accuracy of personnel data
Prepare and review HR reports (personnel, payroll, admin, and daily HR operations)for management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in personnel/HR roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Filing & Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize all filing systems (physical and electronic).
Ensure proper document classification, sorting, and archiving.
Control document flow within the organization.
Retrieve documents and files upon request in a timely manner.
Ensure all documents are up to date and properly labeled.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation when required.
Coordinate with different departments for document collection and submission.
Monitor document versions and ensure only the latest versions are in use.
Support audits by providing required document

Recruitment Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the recruitment team.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with departmental requirements.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding coordination for new hires when required.
Coordinate and facilitate General Meetings.
Lead General Staff Orientation sessions for onboarding new employees.
Design and implement Quarterly Training programs to support continuous employee development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS is a plus).
