Job Overview
Sidra Kuwait Hospital is seeking a dedicated Personnel Supervisor to oversee human resources, payroll, administration, recruitment, and document control functions. This role involves supervising daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in personnel management and a strong understanding of recruitment, payroll accuracy, and document management.
Key Responsibilities
As Personnel Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing personnel files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Overseeing the preparation and renewal of employment contracts and official documentation.
- Monitoring attendance, leave, and employee data for accuracy and compliance.
- Supervising HR transactions and approving relevant documentation.
- Supporting payroll processes by ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Producing detailed reports on personnel, payroll, and administrative activities for management review.
- Maintaining an organized filing and document control system, both physical and electronic.
- Ensuring secure handling, classification, and archiving of sensitive information.
- Facilitating recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Leading and supervising the recruitment team to meet hiring goals efficiently.
- Conducting staff orientation sessions and organizing quarterly training programs to support employee development.
- Coordinating and facilitating general meetings within the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in personnel or HR functions, with proven supervisory skills.
- Solid knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with recruitment systems like ATS is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language abilities are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse HR portfolio effectively.
