Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Sharq, Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing IT systems, preferably within a healthcare environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily IT operations and providing effective technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Administrator, you will act as the primary contact for all IT service requests and technical concerns. Your duties will include managing computer systems, servers, printers, and network equipment. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems to maintain operational efficiency. Collaborating with external vendors and service providers when necessary is also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 3 years’ experience as an IT Administrator, ideally in a healthcare setting
• Solid understanding of networking, servers, and system administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills to support employees and coordinate with vendors

Work Hours and Location

The position is based in Sharq, Kuwait City with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Sunday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are off.
