A restaurant company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Cost Accountant with strong knowledge of Odoo, ERP systems, and inventory management.

Restaurant Cost Accountant
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience
• Previous experience in restaurant companies in Kuwait is preferred
• Strong experience with Odoo and ERP systems
• Experience in inventory and warehouse management
📝 Key Responsibilities
• Calculate food and menu costing
• Analyze profit margins and wastage ratios
• Monitor inventory movement, stocktaking, and purchasing
• Link inventory reports with sales data
• Prepare periodic cost and inventory reports
• Monitor raw material costs and optimize operational expenses
• High accuracy and ability to work under pressure
