Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and oversee inventory control. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of accounting experience or an ambitious fresher eager to learn and grow within the field. The role involves handling daily accounts as well as maintaining accurate stock records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, and expenses
• Track inventory movement with accurate inward and outward stock documentation
• Prepare and review stock reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain thorough records of supplier payments and outstanding dues
• Assist with basic financial summaries and account reconciliations
• Utilize company accounting and inventory software, with training provided

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management principles
• Strong proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet applications
• Comfortable working with digital accounting tools and software systems
• High level of honesty, organization, and dedication to work
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time role operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday with Fridays off, alternating between full and half-day breaks. The position is based in Salmiya, Kuwait.
