We are seeking a motivated and talented Sales Counselor to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on providing expert consultancy services related to European work permits. The ideal candidate is passionate about guiding clients through their career opportunities abroad and excels in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Counselor, you will:

• Advise clients on various European work permit options and assess their eligibility accurately
• Generate new leads through proactive outreach and convert inquiries into successful applications
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators consistently
• Keep abreast of updates and changes in European immigration policies and procedures to provide current and accurate information

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and counseling skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and work within a target-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
• Familiarity with European immigration and work permit procedures will be highly valued
