We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Operations Executive to join our logistics team in Al Khobar. This role requires a professional with hands-on knowledge of logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, and transportation industries, combined with strong business development skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth while efficiently managing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a mix of sales and operational duties focused on expanding business opportunities and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Key tasks include:

• Identifying and developing new clients and business prospects in the logistics and transportation sectors.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate customers.
• Preparing quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals related to logistics, freight forwarding, and transportation services.
• Coordinating daily shipping and freight forwarding operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Managing client requirements from initial quotation through to final delivery and follow-up.
• Negotiating rates, contracts, and terms with customers and suppliers to achieve optimal results.
• Resolving operational challenges promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets consistently.
• Overseeing the entire sales and operations cycle independently to guarantee business objectives are met efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics-related sales and operations. The position favors applicants with experience working directly with major corporations such as Maadan, SABIC, ARAMCO, significant shipping lines, freight forwarding companies, and key players in the oil & gas, industrial, construction, and transport sectors.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
