Springline Shipping Company is looking to hire a skilled Sales Executive with a strong background in logistics and shipping. This role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and specifically targets candidates with proven sales experience within the local shipping and freight forwarding industry. Ideal applicants will have 1-2 years of experience and a well-established client network in the region.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include targeting potential customers, developing effective sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Regular client engagement, negotiation, and coordination to support smooth shipping operations are also integral to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors within Eastern Province (Dammam).
• Strong sales and marketing expertise linked with the logistics industry.
• Established network of industry contacts and the ability to generate leads independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Understanding of customs clearance processes and familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s import/export regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqamah are required.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
