Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Khobar. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while efficiently managing sales transactions at the counter. The successful candidate will be approachable, customer-oriented, and skilled in handling sales operations within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations at the sales counter.
• Accurately process sales transactions and manage cash handling, including counting money and issuing receipts using a cash register.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales counter and ensure product displays are well-presented.
• Conduct follow-up calls to existing and potential customers to promote sales and build lasting relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must hold a graduate degree.
• Electrical industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with automated order entry systems and computers running Windows OS.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
