Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement process for a major industrial greenfield project based in Al Khobar/Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in procurement within the industrial sector, especially those familiar with equipment, civil works, engineering disciplines, MEP, EPC, PMC, and logistics. Candidates with experience working on projects in KSA and understanding of local procurement practices are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement lifecycle by ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials, equipment, and services critical to the project’s success. You will coordinate closely with approved contractors, engineering consultants, and service providers to maintain smooth operations. Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers will be essential to meet project deadlines, quality benchmarks, and budget requirements. Additionally, you will support the project team with procurement documentation and use ERP systems to monitor and track procurement activities from order placement to delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of procurement experience in industrial projects or general procurement roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s procurement landscape including approved contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Experience handling international vendors and service contractors.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Attributes

• Experience with greenfield industrial projects is highly desirable.
• Prior work experience on projects within Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.

Employment Conditions

This vacancy is open exclusively to candidates residing in Saudi Arabia who possess a transferable Iqama. Applications from candidates outside KSA will not be considered. Applicants should be under the age of 35. The offered salary package is competitive and will be discussed during the interview.
