Cosmo Café is seeking a skilled Procurement Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably with some background in the food and beverage sector. This role is based in Khobar and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Procurement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement cycle to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, maintaining purchase orders, and overseeing inventory control processes. Effective communication and coordination with suppliers are essential to maintain strong partnerships and smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
• Strong negotiation abilities and supplier management expertise
• Proven skills in vendor sourcing, assessment, and relationship management
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not mandatory
• Solid understanding of purchase orders, contracts, and inventory control principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
