Key Responsibilities

As a Procurement Officer, you will play a central role in securing and managing supplier relationships. Your main duties include:

• Identifying and onboarding dependable vendors to supply top-quality ingredients and restaurant essentials.
• Negotiating prices and contract terms to achieve cost savings and support business growth objectives.
• Collaborating closely with restaurant managers to ensure timely deliveries and well-maintained inventory levels.
• Adhering to strict quality and hygiene standards in all procurement processes to uphold the company’s reputation.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have between two to four years of procurement experience, particularly within the food and beverage or hospitality industries. Key qualifications include:

• Strong negotiation abilities paired with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, well suited to a fast-paced, pre-opening work environment.
• Preference given to candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia who can join with short notice.
