Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified QC Coating Inspector for a reputed oil and gas company based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of coating inspections and ARAMCO standards, playing a critical role in ensuring quality and compliance within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of coating applications according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to ARAMCO approved procedures and quality control measures on all coating activities.
• Identify and report non-conformities or defects and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to maintain inspection records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving superior coating quality and durability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Must be ARAMCO approved.
• Successful completion of the CBT Exam in Coating is required.
• Certification with BGAS Grade 1 or NACE Level 2 (certified before 2018) is essential.
• At least 8 years of experience specifically in QC coating inspection.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in inspection roles within the oil and gas sector.
