Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Operator to join our transportation team in Khobar. This role requires a responsible individual capable of operating buses and shuttle vehicles to facilitate safe and efficient transportation for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive buses and shuttle units within designated zones.
• Assist guests during transit and coordinate with security personnel when necessary.
• Ensure smooth transportation and timely movement of staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of vehicles, including managing charging and routine maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
• Strong personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Punctuality, responsibility, and courteous behavior are essential.
• Capability to prepare basic reports related to daily operations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience operating buses or shuttle vehicles.
• Good understanding of safety practices during vehicle operation.

Work Environment

This role involves approximately 90% outdoor activity and 10% indoor work, requiring adaptability to varying weather and environmental conditions.
