Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Part-Time Kitchen Artist to contribute to our Ramadan banquet buffets and special event displays in Khobar. This role involves crafting exquisite decorative food art including ice carvings, chocolate sculptures, and other creative showpieces that elevate the visual appeal of our culinary presentations during the Holy Month.

Key Responsibilities

The Kitchen Artist will be responsible for designing and preparing artistic decorations using a variety of edible and non-edible materials such as fruits, vegetables, sugar, chocolate, and ice. You will ensure all decorations meet stringent hygiene standards and align with the company’s high-quality presentation guidelines. Keeping all sections organized and fully prepared for timely service is crucial. Collaboration with the pastry chef is also essential to produce stunning cake decorations and coordinated displays.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in food artistry, including ice carving, sugar work, chocolate decoration, and fruit and vegetable carving.
• Strong creative vision paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain uniformity and visual harmony across all decorative works.
• Excellent time management to ensure all pieces are delivered on schedule and at peak quality.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards related to food decorations.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position specifically for the Ramadan period. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia without any exit or travel restrictions.
