Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage the housekeeping team in a dynamic hospitality environment in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction across all public and private areas.

Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily housekeeping activities, including assigning tasks to team members and providing practical training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Routine quality inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces are a critical part of the role, guaranteeing compliance with established brand standards.

In addition, the supervisor manages employee schedules, monitors attendance, and arranges shift coverages as needed to maintain smooth operations. Managing inventory for cleaning supplies and linens is essential to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

The position also requires handling guest requests and resolving housekeeping-related complaints promptly, as well as managing lost and found items diligently. The supervisor will act as a liaison with the maintenance department to report and follow up on any repairs required for fixtures or equipment.

Safety and sanitation are paramount; the supervisor ensures that all team members strictly adhere to sanitation protocols, infection control measures, and OSHA safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisor role with relevant certification or proof of employment is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid transferable Iqama with no expiration issues is required.
• Immediate availability to join the team is preferred to meet urgent staffing needs.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive basic salary of SR 2,000. Employees will also benefit from company-provided accommodation and transportation. Free food is supplied during working days, alongside comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
