Job Overview

SSR General Contracting Company is seeking a skilled Flag Man to join their team in Khobar or Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in directing forklift operations safely and efficiently within a construction or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Flag Man will be responsible for guiding forklift movements using standardized hand signals, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed to prevent accidents and maintain smooth workflow on site. This role requires constant communication with equipment operators and site supervisors to coordinate tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience working as a Flag Man, particularly within forklift operations
• Possession of a valid TUV card indicating competency in signaling and site safety
• Strong knowledge of hand signals and adherence to safety procedures
• Valid Iqama with a preference for transferable status
• Residing and available to work in the Eastern Province, specifically Khobar or Dammam

Work Location

The position is based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering both Khobar and Dammam areas.
