Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with at least two years of hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of package units, cassette air conditioners, split ACs, ducted systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). This role demands a proactive individual capable of diagnosing electrical faults and performing both preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diverse HVAC systems. Key duties include identifying and resolving electrical faults within HVAC equipment, monitoring and troubleshooting Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, and ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently. Routine preventive maintenance and detailed service reporting will also form an essential part of this role.

Required Skills

• Strong capability to diagnose and repair electrical issues in HVAC units.
• Proficient understanding of DDC systems including sensors, actuators, thermostats, and control panels.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical and control schematics.
• Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of package units, cassette AC, split ACs, ducted systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Ability to perform electrical fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Familiarity with DDC control systems preferred.
• Valid driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
