Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to oversee critical activities such as cable pulling, laying, termination, glanding, and testing, as well as managing cable trays, conduits, and earthing work. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and timely execution in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The E&I Supervisor will be responsible for planning daily tasks for foremen and technicians, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and Issued For Construction (IFC) documentation. Responsibilities also include raising and closing work permits, conducting toolbox talks, and enforcing stringent safety protocols on site. Coordination with Quality Control teams for inspections is crucial, along with maintaining daily progress updates and accurate quantity records to support claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in Electrical & Instrumentation roles, preferably on oil and gas or Saudi Aramco projects.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of cable work including pulling, termination, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
• Ability to plan and supervise site teams effectively.

Additional Requirements

• Experience working on Saudi Aramco or equivalent oil and gas industry projects is highly preferred.
• Valid iqama or visa status, with current residence in Saudi Arabia.
• Availability to join promptly.
