We are urgently seeking a qualified Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is designated specifically for Saudi nationals who have a passion for the automotive industry and possess strong communication skills to assist customers with their vehicle service needs.

Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as a crucial link between the customers and the service technicians. Your main duties will include welcoming customers, identifying their service requirements, advising on necessary repairs or maintenance, preparing service estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school certificate or diploma.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar automotive service advisory role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle client interactions effectively.
• Ability to understand vehicle service terminology and technical details.

Compensation and Benefits
