Expert Contracts is seeking a skilled Construction Claims Manager on a freelance basis to lead and manage the claims process for ongoing projects. This role is project-focused with the potential to transition into a permanent position. We are ideally looking for candidates based in the Eastern Province, preferably Khobar.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing the construction claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of claims. Managing interactions between stakeholders, assessing claim validity, and negotiating settlements are also core duties of this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction claims management.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and claims procedures in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently on a project basis.
• Preference for candidates located in Khobar or the Eastern Province.
