We are seeking a skilled IT Technician with experience working in the Gulf region to join our team in Al Khobar. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, surveillance systems, and POS operations to ensure seamless daily technical performance.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a range of technical duties, including:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and other IT equipment
• Managing and troubleshooting surveillance systems such as CCTV, access control, and tracking devices
• Overseeing installation and support of POS systems and related peripherals
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Conducting routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring data security measures, performing backups, and maintaining system reliability
• Providing both on-site and remote technical support to staff
• Liaising with vendors and service providers when necessary to resolve technical challenges
• Keeping accurate documentation of IT assets and support activities
• Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and the introduction of new technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have proven IT technician experience within the Gulf region, with strong capabilities in system maintenance and troubleshooting.
