Abdul Latif Al-Fawzan Autism Center in Al-Khobar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Transformation. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital transformation plans aligned with the center’s strategic goals. This involves analyzing current operational processes, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for efficiency improvements, and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions. Leading change management efforts across departments and promoting digital literacy among staff will be crucial aspects of the role.

In addition, overseeing automation projects and digital system upgrades in collaboration with various teams and external IT service providers is essential. Ensuring the security and stability of the center’s IT infrastructure and networks, compliance with cybersecurity policies, and optimizing operational efficiencies will also be key duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in digital transformation or IT business development roles.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation frameworks, IT governance principles, and industry best practices.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience in network administration and design.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
