Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing expert technical support and resolving issues related to hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and network systems to ensure seamless operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and effective technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting IT systems, including connectivity and performance challenges.
• Maintain and monitor Wi-Fi networks to ensure reliable service throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system updates and improvements.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and networking protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills for interacting with end-users and team members.
• Preference will be given to candidates of Arab national or Filipino descent.
