Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Installation Supervisor specializing in electrical systems to oversee installation activities throughout all project stages. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of MEP installations on site.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the complete on-site installation of electrical MEP systems, ensuring adherence to project designs and specifications. You will conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with safety and design standards while identifying and resolving any installation issues promptly. Monitoring progress, managing resource allocation including manpower and materials, and reporting updates regularly will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will enforce compliance with local regulations and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) guidelines, attend coordination meetings, and provide technical support and guidance to various teams involved on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising electrical MEP system installations at construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, safety requirements, and regulatory codes related to MEP works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site challenges efficiently in real-time.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in monitoring project progress, managing resources, and preparing reports.
• Understanding of local safety, environmental, and labor regulations to enforce compliance.

Work Environment

This position is based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and involves working directly on construction sites with multiple contractors and subcontractors. The role requires hands-on supervision and active participation during all phases of project execution, often working under strict timelines and dynamic site conditions.
