Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced security technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Lenel Access Control, Genetec VMS and ACS platforms, Milestone VMS, as well as Avigilon Access Control and Video Management Systems. This role is critical in ensuring the security infrastructure operates efficiently and meets organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot access control and video management systems including Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, and Avigilon platforms.
• Collaborate with security teams to customize system settings and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to enhance functionality and reliability.
• Assist with integration of physical security devices such as arm barriers, road blockers, and X-ray machines.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to optimize system usage.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient knowledge of Lenel Access Control systems and Genetec video management and access control solutions.
• Experience working with Milestone VMS and Avigilon security systems.
• Familiarity with physical security hardware such as arm barriers, road blockers, and X-ray scanning machines is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with security teams and vendors.
