We are a prominent company in the oil and gas industry, specializing in pipeline construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and energy solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving business growth by securing new clients and managing existing accounts within the pipeline construction and oil & gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. Core duties include identifying potential clients and new market opportunities, building lasting relationships with contractors and stakeholders, and preparing persuasive presentations and proposals. A strong understanding of procurement processes and logistics is essential to ensure smooth project execution. Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor initiatives is also required.

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to the pipeline and oil & gas industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Understand and navigate the procurement and logistics processes involved in project delivery.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to remain competitive.
• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to fulfill client needs efficiently.
• Consistently achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the oil and gas or pipeline construction sectors, preferably within Saudi Arabia or comparable markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pipeline construction procedures, materials, and current market trends.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets within the energy or construction fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet clients and oversee projects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is advantageous.
