Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in design to join our engineering team at our headquarters in Al Khobar. This role focuses on the design and analysis of mechanical systems for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, adhering to both local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing water hammer protection systems, utilizing Bentley HAMMER software. You will also work on wastewater lifting stations, pumping stations, and force mains, ensuring projects meet technical and engineering specifications. Additional duties include designing HVAC and fire protection systems along with other related mechanical systems.

Interpreting drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs) to offer technical feedback that aligns with sound engineering principles will be a vital part of the role.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Bentley HAMMER for water hammer analysis
• Experience with WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS for hydraulic modeling
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D for mechanical system design
• Ability to design mechanical systems including HVAC and fire protection
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents and construction drawings
