Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Piping Design Engineer to join our team in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in piping design, specifically within refinery and petrochemical projects. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with Aramco standards and be available for a local transfer within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Piping Design Engineer will be responsible for preparing comprehensive design packages for oil and gas projects, including refineries and petrochemical plants. Tasks include reviewing design packages, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and verifying drawings during site inspections to maintain quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in piping design engineering within refinery and petrochemical environments.
• Proven expertise in working with Saudi Aramco standards (SAEP, SAMS, SAES) is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong ability to review design deliverables and support site activities by ensuring drawing verification and compliance.
• Ability to lead design teams and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must be currently located in Saudi Arabia on a transferable Iqama.
• Availability to join with a minimum notice period of 30 days.
• The role is based in Rabigh with an initial contract duration of one year, with the possibility of extension.
