Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Eastern Province, specifically in Dammam or Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working on utility projects with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), driving project execution from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing and monitoring SEC (SCECO) projects and related work orders. Duties include handling all processes associated with the Unified Contract (العقد الموحد), coordinating with various SEC departments to ensure all procedures are followed accurately, and supervising on-site activities such as excavation, cabling, and installation works. The role also requires preparing detailed technical reports and project documentation, tracking necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring project work meets SEC standards and deadlines consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience working on SEC/SCECO projects
• Strong understanding of Unified Contract procedures
• Hands-on experience in site supervision within utility infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with SEC operational systems and workflow processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province (Dammam or Al Khobar)
