Job Opportunity – Eastern Province (Dammam / Al Khobar)

We are looking to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in utility projects, specifically with SEC (Saudi Electricity Company).

Position:
Electrical Engineer – SEC Projects

Location:
Dammam / Al Khobar – Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on SEC (SCECO) projects and work orders
Handle processes related to the Unified Contract (العقد الموحد)
Coordinate with SEC departments and ensure compliance with procedures
Supervise site activities including excavation, cabling, and installations
Prepare technical reports and project documentation
Follow up on permits, approvals, and inspections
Ensure work is completed according to SEC standards and timelines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Previous experience working with SEC / SCECO projects is required
Strong knowledge of the Unified Contract procedures
Experience in site supervision and utility infrastructure works
Familiar with SEC systems and workflow processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Based in or willing to work in Eastern Province
