Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in utility projects, particularly those involving the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). This role is based in Dammam or Al Khobar, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and overseeing SEC projects and ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing and monitoring SEC (SCECO) projects and related work orders. This includes handling tasks linked to the Unified Contract and coordinating closely with various SEC departments to maintain compliance with their operational processes. The role requires supervision of on-site activities such as excavation, cabling, and electrical installations. Additionally, the engineer will prepare detailed technical reports, manage project documentation, and ensure that permits, approvals, and inspections are properly processed. Timely completion of work according to SEC standards is a critical part of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.
• Proven experience working on SEC or SCECO projects is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of the Unified Contract procedures.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and utility infrastructure execution.
• Familiarity with SEC systems and workflow processes is required.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with on-site teams and SEC departments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province.
