SRACO is seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer to join their team for a prestigious ARAMCO project in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers opportunities to work from either Dammam or Al Khobar, with candidates required to select their preferred location. The role involves detailed design and engineering tasks focused on instrumentation, control systems, and electrical design within an engineering office setting.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer include executing design calculations, preparing engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards for instrumentation and control systems. The engineer will be expected to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions aligned with ARAMCO’s stringent requirements, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable system operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in instrumentation and control design within an engineering or design office environment.
• Proven capability in conducting electrical, instrumentation, and control design calculations using relevant engineering software.
• Familiarity with international engineering codes and construction standards, including the International Fire Code (IFC), National Electrical Code (NEC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements.
• A national professional license or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a Saudi national who holds a bachelor’s degree and has practical experience specifically related to ARAMCO engineering standards and industrial control systems. Comfort with calculation software and a strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation design principles are essential for success in this role.
