Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Saudi Aramco projects to join a dynamic team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects independently, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and coordinating with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.
• Coordinate efficiently with clients and internal teams to deliver project objectives.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Approval from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Aramco’s technical standards and protocols.
• Strong project management capabilities including independent handling of new projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
• Current residency in Saudi Arabia with the ability to join immediately.

Location and Salary

This role is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The salary package will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications, to be discussed during the interview process.
