Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimation Engineer with proven expertise in both Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Civil engineering disciplines. This role is key for preparing accurate cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and quotations for projects, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates for MEP and Civil works. This involves conducting material take-offs, pricing inputs, and collaborating closely with project teams to deliver comprehensive and competitive bids.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in cost estimation across both MEP and Civil engineering fields
• Proficient in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and formal quotations
• Strong ability to analyze technical drawings and project documentation
• Expertise in material quantity take-off and pricing methodologies
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes related to MEP and Civil works
• Excellent command of MS Excel and relevant estimation software tools
• Experience with projects in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is highly desirable
