Job Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated female teacher to join our team in Khobar, specializing in early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker or from the Philippines, with a passion for nurturing young minds and helping children grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons following Montessori or early childhood education standards. You will create a positive learning atmosphere where students feel inspired and empowered to explore and develop their skills.

• Conduct daily classes adhering to the Montessori philosophy or early childhood curriculum.
• Design and prepare educational materials suitable for young learners.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and administration.
• Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve educational practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Certified in Early Childhood or Montessori education with official attestation.
• Fluent in English, preferably a native speaker or Filipino national.
• Valid Iqama for Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents effectively.

Work Location

The position is based in Khobar, specifically in the Al Sadafah district near Rakkah Janoubia. This location provides a friendly community setting ideal for educational growth and professional development.
