We are urgently seeking a talented Filipino Barista to join our dynamic team in Al Khobar. This role requires a creative individual who excels in crafting specialty coffee and signature beverages while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be skilled in specialty coffee preparation and menu innovation. Responsibilities include creating new drinks and seasonal offers, enhancing best-selling products, managing bar operations efficiently, and supporting team members during busy periods. Maintaining the bar’s cleanliness, consistency, and speed is essential while delivering excellent customer service under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Male Filipino national with proven expertise in specialty coffee making
• Creative approach to developing new beverages and seasonal menus
• Familiarity with menu engineering to optimize product offerings
• Strong ability to maintain bar cleanliness and operational standards
• Experience in managing bar workflow and supporting colleagues
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and skills. Housing and transportation will be provided as part of the employment package.
