Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee and direct complex construction projects in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role demands strong leadership in managing site construction activities to ensure timely project completion, adherence to budgets, and maintenance of high-quality standards, all while prioritizing safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Project Manager and Construction General Manager, the Construction Manager will be accountable for the successful execution of all site construction work aligned with project schedules, costs, and KPIs. You will manage construction supervisors and related support teams, ensure safety protocols on site, and foster productive relationships with project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and interfacing EPC contractors.

Additional duties include leading meetings, representing the company, managing client relationships on site, supporting the implementation of safety, quality, and project execution plans, and escalating issues as necessary to senior project management. You will also handle site assets, monitor expenditures in line with company policies, and deputize for the Site Project Manager when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 to 12 years of experience in industrial gas or oil and gas construction projects.
• Experience working on air separation or similar industrial projects is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects from the client’s perspective, rather than through an EPC.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and solid project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems proactively, and manage workloads efficiently.
