The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing authentic South Indian dishes, specializing in Kerala and Tamil Nadu culinary traditions. Key Responsibilities

The South Indian Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of popular dishes such as appam, biriyani, traditional curries, parotta, and various tiffin items. The candidate will ensure that all meals are cooked to perfection, following authentic recipes and presentation standards. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, especially during peak hours, is essential. Working collaboratively with the kitchen staff and managing time efficiently to meet customer demand forms a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in South Indian cuisine, particularly Kerala and Tamil Nadu style cooking.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and efficiently manage busy service times.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) with transferable status is preferred.
