Job Overview

TMS Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Promoters to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves promoting premium imported Korean food products across various retail channels including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and special events throughout the Kingdom. We seek professionals who are passionate about food products and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Promoter, you will actively showcase and demonstrate Korean food products to potential customers. Responsibilities include explaining product features, ingredients, preparation methods, and benefits clearly and professionally. You will conduct product sampling and tastings to engage customers and encourage purchases. Keeping product displays appealing and well-maintained will be an important part of this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with store management and TMS supervisors to enhance promotional activities, monitor stock levels, and report on sales and activity daily. Supporting various marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, roadshows, and in-store promotions will also be expected, along with gathering valuable customer feedback and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in roles such as Promoter, Sales Representative, Merchandiser, or Customer Service Representative. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds are essential. A professional appearance and positive attitude are required to represent TMS Group’s premium brands adequately. Basic English proficiency is necessary, while knowledge of Korean and Japanese food products is a considerable advantage. Candidates must also be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and promotional events. For local candidates, a valid transferable Iqama is preferred.
