Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Filipino Cook to join our catering team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing authentic Filipino dishes alongside international and local fusion recipes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Filipino cuisine, a strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Filipino meals such as adobo, sinigang, and pancit, as well as fusion dishes.
• Follow established recipes and plating instructions to maintain consistency in flavor and appearance.
• Ensure all food preparation areas and equipment are kept clean, sanitized, and organized, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor ingredient inventory, assist in tracking supplies, and support stock ordering as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with catering managers, head chefs, and household members to plan menus tailored to dietary requirements.
• Adhere strictly to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably with a certificate of competency or experience in Filipino cuisine.
• Educational certificates relevant to culinary training or food service.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work well within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

Benefits and Work Schedule

• Monthly basic salary of SAR 2200.
• Work schedule of 8 hours per day, totaling 48 hours per week.
• Paid vacation leave of 42 days after completing two years of service.
• Company-provided food, accommodation, and transportation.
