Key Responsibilities

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the highest quality and standards are maintained. Key duties will include:

• Developing and curating innovative menus that blend Arabic, Eastern, and international cuisines.
• Managing kitchen staff and coordinating all food preparation activities to meet international hospitality standards.
• Maintaining rigorous food quality control, kitchen hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Implementing cost control measures to optimize food production budgets without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates must demonstrate strong culinary expertise and leadership abilities. Essential qualifications include:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Relevant international culinary certifications such as Worldchefs, American Culinary Federation, HACCP, or Culinary Arts Diplomas.
• Extensive experience in kitchen management within luxury hotel environments.
• Proficiency in preparing Arabic, Eastern, and Western/International dishes.
