We are urgently seeking a skilled Asian cook along with a kitchen helper to join our catering team based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in preparing a variety of traditional dishes including Kabsa, Biryani, Pulao, Chicken Curry, Masala Curry, and Grilled Chicken. The successful candidates will contribute to delivering high-quality catering services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing authentic Asian dishes such as Kabsa, Biryani, Pulao, and various curries with attention to taste and presentation
• Assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and maintaining cleanliness
• Collaborating with the catering team to meet food delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensuring all ingredients and cooking methods comply with hygiene and safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook specializing in Indian, Bangladeshi, or Nepali cuisines
• Ability to prepare a wide range of rice and curry dishes with authentic flavors
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina to handle kitchen demands and timely food preparation
