Available Positions

We are currently recruiting for the following chef roles:

• Head Chef (Catering Operations Manager): Responsible for managing all kitchen and catering departments, overseeing multiple cuisine sections, and leading kitchen teams. Candidates must have strong leadership abilities, excellent planning skills, a firm grasp of cost control, and prior experience in industrial catering or large-scale food production.
• Arabian Chef: Specialists in traditional Arabian cuisine, able to prepare authentic regional dishes with true flavors. Experience in catering large groups is desired.
• Asian Cuisine Chef (Indian & Pakistani): Expertise in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, especially in preparing rice-based dishes like biryani and pulao. Must be adept at managing bulk cooking operations efficiently.
• Rice & Chapati Chef: Experts in cooking rice and making chapati/roti for high-volume service, ensuring consistency in both quality and speed during busy periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in industrial or large-scale catering environments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to meet operational demands.
