Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Vendor Registration and SAP Ariba Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing supplier onboarding, registration, and qualification processes across key client and government procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in vendor compliance, supplier portals, and procurement coordination, ensuring seamless supplier integration and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role demands hands-on management of supplier registration and qualification activities via SAP Ariba and other established procurement portals used by major clients and government entities. You will be responsible for coordinating the collection and submission of registration documentation and maintaining up-to-date supplier profiles. Timely monitoring of registration renewals and vendor compliance is essential. Additionally, you will collaborate with procurement and business development teams to secure necessary vendor approvals, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports tracking progress and qualifications. Troubleshooting any portal-related issues and communicating effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams is a critical component of the job.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with supplier registration, vendor qualification, and managing procurement portals such as Saudi Aramco e-Marketplace (SAP Ariba), SABIC, Ma’aden, NEOM, and other notable platforms.
• Minimum of three years in vendor registration, procurement coordination, or SAP Ariba system administration.
• Strong understanding of Saudi supplier registration requirements and procurement procedures across major industrial, petrochemical, mining, and governmental sectors.
• Proficient in SAP Ariba platform and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently handling multiple registration projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Mining, EPC, or Industrial sectors.
• Understanding of tendering processes, supplier compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as Chamber, ZATCA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa.
