A contracting services company based in Khobar is seeking a skilled Filipino or Filipina Secretary or Business Support Staff to contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client communication, and report preparation to support the business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle lead generation activities to boost business opportunities
• Prepare and manage reports related to business operations
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Secretary, Business Support, or Sales Support
• Possession of a valid Iqama is mandatory
• Must reside in Dammam or Al Khobar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in lead generation techniques
• Strong computer literacy and report preparation skills
• Professional and presentable appearance
