Aiwan Al-Deif Restaurant, part of AIWA Global Group located in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager. This role demands a skilled professional to lead daily operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s daily activities, including staff scheduling and floor management to maintain smooth operations. Upholding excellent customer service standards and addressing guest feedback promptly are crucial aspects of this position. Additionally, the manager will monitor food quality, enforce hygiene practices, and ensure compliance with local health regulations. Inventory management, sales tracking, and cost optimization fall within the scope of responsibilities. Leading and motivating the team to achieve high performance levels is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must be Bangladeshi nationals with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years’ experience in restaurant management or a comparable hospitality leadership role is essential. Fluency in English, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is required. Candidates who have worked within the Gulf or GCC region will be preferred. A professional appearance and well-groomed presentation are mandatory.
